Strong Analytical skills
At least 5+ years of experience in delivering end to end solutions starting with analysis and requirements gathering
Affluent in communication and co-ordination with business stakeholders and internal teams
Oracle background and having expertise in writing complex SQL queries
Flexible to support the project teams based on the need

The Applications Analyst, Oracle Enterprise Applications, is responsible for working on the functional requirements definition, solution design, implementation and maintenance of systems applications. The position will work with various IT groups and business users in defining, prioritizing and executing application enhancements and projects. Additionally the position will be play the critical role of ensuring that Developers have adequate clarification and support on all business and functional requirements and specifications related to applications.

· Proficient understanding and ability to analyze and query application data schema.
· Gathering requirements and scope definition with non-technical business user constituencies.
· Ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business
· rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation.
· Engage business users and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions.
· Engage business users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Developer Team and
· Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution.
· Verification of feasibility of Business Users request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures.
· Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts with little direct supervision
