Role: Operations / Program / Vendor Manager Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 12 + Months Business Technology Operations As Contractor for Business Technology Operations, you will support the Business Technology Operations team by running RFP processes for our Business stakeholders, and assist the Head of Tech Ops i n creating clarity and efficiency through defining structure and processes, and communications within Business Technology and to our stakeholders. We are looking for a process-driven operations professional who will assist the team through stakeholder and vendor management, work closely with procurement, legal, and security teams, by providing clear communication throughout the process. The right candidate for the job will be proactive, creative, and curious, remaining calm under pressure and welcoming variety in their day-to-day. They will be the person we turn to get things done. What you'll achieve Support the development and implementation of elegant, simple yet powerful RFP and vendor management processes that make everyone's l ife a l ittle bit easier. Assist i n the execution of key frameworks around the applications the Business Technology team supports for our stakeholders across Asana. Be a key point of contact from BizTech on RFPs and application planning, user management, budget alignment and renewals. Optimize costs of services through a mix of internal and external resources, developing vendor relationships as appropriate. Report on KPIs i n alignment with Tech Ops leadership to measure our progress, and co-create meaningful analyses based on these metrics. Support the planning and seamless execution of Business Technology leadership and team meetings, as well as team communications. Spread good practices across the organization and with our stakeholders around program execution, communication, cross-functional co-creation and velocity. About You 5+ years relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years experience i n an operations or program/vendor manager-type role. Demonstrated ability to drive and execute enterprise-wide technology RFP processes for SaaS tools with cross-functional partners. Solid understanding of software onboarding, user management and renewals processes. Demonstrated ability to i nfluence and engage key stakeholders across the organization. Experience i n co-creating across functional boundaries, promoting transparency and trust, building consensus and pursuing continuous improvement. Proven financial and work management skills, with a track record of successfully reducing operational costs and i ncreasing efficiency and profitability across the business. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Adaptable self-starter, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels, proactively reporting on status and tasks. A stakeholder-centric mindset, always asking how our work i s i mproving the l ives of our customers ( internal or external Demonstrated ability to exercise excellent j udgment and discretion when working with confidential and sensitive i nformation. Strong l ogical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project/program management to deliver enterprise-level projects. Superior communication and a proven track record of i nteracting successfully at multiple levels: individual contributors, management, stakeholders, and executives.
