Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team . As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, ultimately driving business growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Interpret and present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with business teams to define data requirements and develop data collection methodologies
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or corporate setting
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Knowledge of data mining and machine learning algorithms
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
- Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling with data
- Relevant certifications in data analysis or related fields
