The QA Test Lead will provide technical process direction and guidance to various team members. This position will manage multiple work streams related to their assigned portfolio, support the SDLC process, and ensure consistency through the testing framework. The QA Test Lead will contribute to the development of the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).

Essential Job Functions:
1. Participate in functional/technical design walkthroughs and determine the QA requirements for the solution.
2. Review project requirements and create requirements traceability.
3. Work with Product Owner to provide testing estimates for projects and necessary roadblock escalation.
4. Prepare test strategy, oversee test case design and take responsibility for the test planning and delivery for assigned projects.
5. Manage test planning, execution, and project-level risks and issues, including defect triage and resolution.
6. Create and implement the overall automation strategy for assigned projects.
7. Support UAT planning, test execution and defect triage.
8. Act as single point of contact from TCoE for assigned projects, distributing tasks and managing resources onshore and offshore.
9. Setup and facilitate review and status meetings with internal leadership and vendor partners.
10. Produce daily/weekly testing status reports.
11. Support testing activities for go-live and participate in project go/no-go meetings.
12. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
