Role - Site Reliability Engineer Location - McLean, VA Duration - Long Term Contract The Site Reliability Engineer provides support and coordinates triage efforts to resolve technical issues for enterprise class applications that are hosted in inhouse or AWS. Ability to troubleshoot / triage issues with critical and complex production systems Ability to solve problems dealing with complex systems using codified, scripted, or automated solutions Ability to identify the toil areas and reduce the manual work thru automation Working knowledge of programming languages including Java, C#, Dot Net, and JavaScript (Node.js, Typescript, .NET, React, etc Understanding of complex system architecture, firewall, DMC, application servers such as Weblogic, Tomcat Responsible for completing coding assignments related to applications, testing, systems reliability, build and deployments Act as a liaison between internal business units and development teams when needed Document reproducible issues in the product bug database Available to work in the 24*7 model for call technical support for client systems.
