Job Description :
5-10 years of experiences in LAN/WAN and Cisco environment
High proficiency with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting a wide range of networking platforms and technologies including Cisco, F5, Riverbed, Solarwinds, Bluecoat, Checkpoint, Extreme switches
Knowledge of Remote Access, Authentication (such as Radius/TACACS), Cisco ACS server
Knowledge and experience with the management and configuration of Cisco switching devices and Cisco IOS, such as Catalyst: 29xx, 3xxx. 9xxx or Nexus devices such as 5k,7k & 9k
Perform Ethernet and TCP/IP Network Analysis using Wireshark Analyzer, NetBrain, Riverbed Cascade or similar tools
Knowledge of Wireless Technology, such as Cisco Wireless controllers, (CAPWAP, Autonomous), and Cisco Prime
Strong customer service skills working with a diverse and fast pace environment, and the ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts, both verbally and written

D: degrees, certifications/training : Bachelor’s Degree with CCNA, CCNP routing /switching.
E: Industry expertise : 5-10 years of hard core networking experience.

Work with Service Providers to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve network incidents tickets and restore services to customersnbsp;
Review network changes on a weekly basis, provide technical recommendation, risks and impact analysis
Work with Service Providers and coordinate with customer testing during changes implementation as needed to minimize impact to the business.
Update the network documentation including network diagram, network configuration items in the CMDB
Analyze reports from various networking reporting tools (Solarwinds, VitalSuites, Cisco Prime, NetBrain, etc…) to identify potential faults and provide recommendation for improvement
Work with NetOPS to review Service Provider’s proposals and solutions in accordance to enterprise network standards and business requirements
