22.1 IT Network Management



2.1a Technical support

? Assist existing Helpdesk team to Oversee, investigate and troubleshoot following systems as needed: network operating systems, WLAN, Cloud environment, network topologies, network hardware, computer operating systems, routing, switching, data privacy and security.

? Coordinate Priority 1 (P1) requests with different support teams as for timely resolution as per SLA.

? Review actions and data for all support requests with the existing helpdesk support team.

? Oversee and troubleshoot support issues related to O365

? Review and Coordinate all helpdesk requests related to executives and VIPs.



2.1b As-is analysis, system/process documentation and recommend improvements

? Review past ticket data and provide templates for reporting on key metrics for management and support team

? Document local area network policies and related security policies and standards. Identify gaps and create documents as needed.

? Review client support processes and documentation. Identify gaps and recommend changes/improvements based on best practices (ITIL etc.

? Review the handshake and alignment processes between different teams for managing P1/P2 tickets including ability to deliver as per the SLAs. Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
