Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
field or a High School diploma (or equivalent) with relevant
knowledge, skills, and experience with 10 or more years of
experience.
A minimum of six years of relevant experience supporting real-time,
centralized monitoring of large, complex networks and technical
systems. Fault and performance monitoring tools, such as Netcool,
Netcool Operations Insight (NOI), and SevOne.
Eight or more years’ experience in a network administration role
with Cisco, Juniper, SD-WAN, SDN and Enterprise Wi-Fi.
Advanced knowledge of complex network design & network protocols.
Knowledge of Service Now; especially as it relates to any experience
integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tool,
highly beneficial.
