Location: Cleveland, OH – Remote for now

Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with the line of business to design solutions to incorporate software changes and effectively work with business partners to ensure effective implementation
· Work closely with product owner to ensure that user stories have enough specificity and clarity for the software developers to effectively meet customer needs.
· Follow industry and organizational best practices and standards to implement and maintain new features and capabilities while continuously improving the quality of our technical products and services
· Achieve operational excellence by automating processes and creating maintainable, supportable, and testable solutions
· Keep up with technology trends and innovations in your field(s) of practice
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a highly-collaborative environment
· Results driven, attention to detail, ability to work independently Other duties as required
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
· 5+ years of IT experience. Wholesale payment industry experience is a plus
· Demonstrated experience in key IT Service Management areas (Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change Management)
· Proficient w/ AIX/Linux platform
· Familiarity with networking concepts and requesting network services: Routing, Firewalls, NATs, etc.
· Working knowledge of real-time messaging and batch file transfer implementation and troubleshooting using different packages and methodologies (MQ, FTP, SCP, Sterling, etc)
· Experience with application databases in Oracle, MS-SQL and DB2 to include table design, table updates, query design, table load
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with IBM Mainframe technologies (TSO/Roscoe, COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, SAS, Debug)
· Experience working with the ACI Money Transfer System ( MTS ) application a plus
· Knowledge of Swift , Fedwire and Chips and ISO 20022 message type is a plus
· Knowledge of test automation tools and processes, agile project management methodology
· Experience implementing Quality Assurance best practices pertaining to test definition, requirements tracking, and test automation
· Web Server and Application Server deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
