Messaging & Identity Administrator (MS Exchange, Azure Active Directory) Cleveland, OH Long Term Contract Job Requirement Have experience with managing Azure AD and identity services In-depth knowledge and working experience on Exchange 2007, 2010 and 2013, 2016, O365, Lync, Skype for business\Teams. Candidate should be capable of handling team members, mentor them and be the technical point of contact for internal and customer. Monitor, Administer, Troubleshoot and provide L1/L2/L3-Server Level of support for Email infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013, O365 for a user base spread across multiple environments and time zones. Should have experience with managing ProofPoint environments Responsible for Incident Management i.e. troubleshooting and leading critical or urgent issues on email and mobility infrastructure, and driving them to resolution as per the agreed SLAs with customer. Performing successfully configuration changes to the infrastructure within the defined maintenance schedules. E.g., OS and Application Patches Roll-Ups, Upgrades, etc. Perform duties such as Setting up Mailboxes, Device Enrollments / Mailbox Restorations - Disaster Recovery / Redundant Environment Setup / Configuration / Administration, Scripting Languages: PowerShell. Support Knowledge Management initiative and assist Problem Manager with creation of SOPs/ KBs for Known Error Database. Keeping updated with the latest features and solutions for the products supported, and up-skilling as and when Program demands. Ensure 24x7 availability and ready to do rotational shift. Perform end to end AD enterprise management with cloud expertise like Azure AD, EMS, File and Print Services, MFA etc. Experience with AD Serve administration such as AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, PKI, WSUS & Etc Have experience with managing Azure AD and identity services Have experience managing AD logs, replication failures, File partition permissions, Printer servers, GPO's, Domain Controller patching & etc. Recommend efficiencies in the AD and related services Should have experience managing Azure AD Connect Have knowledge on Azure AD, managed Domain services Working on monitoring and management tools like Quest, with technical issues in the Initiation L3 support which include the definition of needs; benefits; and technical strategy within the project life-cycle Technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing; testing and rolling-out the solutions Participation on projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle Maintain system availability as per multiple Service Level Agreements (SLA) Skills: Candidate should have a solid knowledge and experience on Exchange, Skype\Teams, Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 & O365 administration, management and troubleshooting, for Clients/users spread globally. Candidate should be well aware and experienced in Skype\Teams, Exchange 2007/2010/2013 concepts and features such as High Availability DAG, Clustering, Disaster Recovery, Backups, SIP Federations, Transport & Routing, etc. Mush have a good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy Management Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 to 2016 Experience with managing Proofpoint Mail gateway solutions Proven experience with Operations and Process control knowledge, such as ITIL and Six Sigma concepts. Candidate will be responsible for Change Management activities such as application/OS upgrades, monthly Windows patching activities, etc. Experience in maintaining systems in a virtual environment. Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in an environment of rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment. A team player with ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
