Requires technical expertise, solid understanding of architecture, excellent collaboration and informal leadership skills. Ability to design solutions that are secure, stable, performance in collaboration with BSA, PO, UX etc. Technical expertise is important, but 75% or more time will be spent leading development efforts 7+ years' experience to include any combination of the following: 2 or more years of development experience with Angular 2 (or newer), NodeJS (or newer) Angular 4+, Javascript, and/or typescript (typescrit is our preference) Design experience Providing innovative solutions to complex issues Ability to mentor/coach others Demonstrated ability to build relationships to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties Ability to set and meet established time-frames while assuring data and information integrity Experience prioritizing and managing time with little direction Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions Demonstrated experience in software development life cycle methodologies Looking for someone who is able to lead strong leadership skills, understanding of angular and mean stack, trying to find people who are wanting to lead, must be able to understand development best practices and mentoring and guiding skills 80% of their time is going to be designing and leading grooming and building out backlog, building out and refining backlog, building out in scrum, taking requirement and finding stories needing to deliver on and delivering in accordance to best practices.
