Role: UAT Tester Location: Maryland Heights, MO Locals Preferred JD: Primary Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field * CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Certifications * 5 years of call center/customer service operations management experience * 2 years of mobile industry experience preferred * Manual testing experience; Automation is nice to have but not needed * HP ALM * Test case creation and execution from requirements * Team player * Self-starter, not much guidance * Excellent verbal and written communication- they write their own defects that goes into a report that 150 people view daily, and is reviewed on a call weekly by VP s * Confidence; Candidates will have to speak to their defects and give demos to the learning and development team as needed * Must be able to consume a requirement in a user story format and create a test case from that user story (more agile approach than traditional agile) * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present performance feedback effectively * Excellent presentation skills with small- to medium-sized groups * Strong analytical ability * Ability to handle multiple assignments * Ability to work independently * Procedural documentation and project implementation experience * Software testing and defect management experience * Demonstrated business analyst skills and leadership abilities * Firm understanding of Mobile Industry preferred
