Job Description: Kafka (Confluent) Developer
Must Have
Good understanding of Kafka Architecture
Experience in KAFKA development (Good if they have worked on confluent versions)
Hands on experience with different ingestion patterns
Database (Full & Incremental using readymade and custom connectors)
Files (Full & Incremental using readymade and custom connectors)
API dev (Bulk and transaction
Kafka to AWS S3 Integration
Experience working with Kafka in pub-sub model
Custom connectors
Organizing Topics, KSQL
Experience in cluster setup, tuning, taking care of redundancy
Kafka best practices
Pykafka
3+ years of Kafka experience is ideal, at least one project cycle not less than 2 years is must

Good to have (Some admin aspects)
Have worked with Kafka brokers, Zookeeper
o Setup and administration

o HA & DR
o Security
o Compliance
o Upgrades
Working knowledge integration of monitoring, management tools and Data growth management
