Job Functions:
Junior Program Manager for SLED (State & Local Government Education) State Reports, procedure documentation for SLED partners including:
Ownership of SLED Addition and Removal of SLED partners from contracts
Lead in creation of training content with collaboration across internal organizations and content owner responsible for updates and revision control
Process support for internal and external stakeholders:
Internal: Field Sales (USPS and Commercial), Channel Managers and Sales Ops
External: Multiple Distributors and Channel
Periodic reporting to USPS and Sales Ops leadership on achievements and process improvements
Work with SLED Contracts Managers and Sales Ops Managers to add parts into State Pricelist submissions (monthly cadence)
Job Requisites:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Process development, ownership, and optimization capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment to meet aggressive timelines.
Strong documentation, data management and analytical skills
Sales Enablement experience
PowerPoint and Excel proficiency required
