Client: confidential Location: Marysville, OH NOTE: RevTrac and GRC 12 is MUST HAVE We need to get 2 senior resource with GRC 12.0 and REVTRAC experience Provide GRC 12.0 configuration, security development and analytical support of the existing role design, structure and assignment related to the upgrade of GRC 10.2 to GRC 12. This will include presenting changes to the COE and developing training plan. Complete all tasks related to the configuration, development and change management along with documentation needed for the go live. Assure that Honda is properly documenting and making modifications based on the scope of the project to follow all appropriate change management and audit compliant procedures. Work with other project and support members to develop appropriate solutions to any issues related to GRC data for the Automated UAR process, risk analysis and ruleset. Complete project tasks and steps on a timely basis. Daily Tasks: Assess required GRC configuration and changes needed in conjunction with the upgrade to 12.0 for user provisioning, fire fighter, risk analysis and UAR processes utilized in GRC. Analyze any role changes needed to be able to support the current GRC functionality. Determine appropriate security role updates required Define security changes and update change management documentation Document and develop role changes following the change management procedures in REVTRAC Establish test scripts and testing required to complete testing. Support SIT and UAT testing including providing test IDs and table comparisons of changes. Communicate selected changes and processes to COE team and where necessary business including providing updates in scheduled project meetings Work with business and other project team members to design a training plan for any functionality change GRC experience (how security requests are processed) ECC, and SRM, Be familiar with security design (i.e. writing specifications) Testing (FUT, SIT and UAT) Build security changes Project management experience Previous experience with at least two GRC implementations Solid understanding of SAP best practices for role development Experience with GRC 12.0 Understand how to document business functional requirements Excellent written and verbal communication Work Product/Deliverables approved role creation, change and removal plans, Build/Update Security Specifications based on requirements. Development of Test Plans, Test Scripts, Cut-Over/Implementation Plan, overall project timeline, assist with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation Prior experience with using the RevTrac change management tool. Strong communication skills with various audiences to provide solutions and present alternatives to the organization. Excellent excel and Microsoft product skills
