Description: Job Title: Salesforce Development Team Lead Location: Eden Prairie,MN Duration:6+ Months What is the specific title of the position? Salesforce Development Team Lead IDEAL BACKGROUND: Salesforce good knowledge, healthcare knowledge and Optum experience is added advantage. TOP REQUIREMENTS: -Development Lead experience. -Salesforce APEX and VF page developer knowledge -Any front end UI framework knowledge * What experience will set candidates apart from one another? PROJECT: Pathway is the mission critical integrated care management application for Complex Care Management in Care Services under Enterprise Clinical Services. It will deliver an improved user experience to approximately 2000 clinical & corporate users enabling comprehensive medical management and clinical documentation, integrated outreach, practice, and revenue cycle management to improve efficiency & effectiveness through increased quality, accuracy and completeness of data and information. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) - Act as Salesforce expert for the team. - Dev Lead - able to lead and manage 6-8 developers - Guide / suggest other team members on best approaches by doing code and design sessions and reviews. - Positive attitude and good analytics and problem solver. What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? - Salesforce - Eclipse IDE or any other IDE (IntelliJ or Visual Studio) - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. What skills/attributes are a must have? HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript knowledge Atleast familiar with one of the UI framework, AnugularJS, ReactJS, VueJS etc. Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns. Solid knowledge of Salesforce APEX language. Knowledge of Agile Methodology. Working experience on Eclipse IDE or any Development IDE What skills/attributes are nice to have? Understanding of Test driven development. Good knowledge of Web development. Good Problem solving skills.
