Designation: Salesforce Tech Lead (Min. 2years as lead) Location: Agawam, MA Duration: 6+ Month Note: Service cloud and Lightning are main skills. Must have at least one project on Health domain client. Responsibilities: Serve as a Lead, Leading the technical planning & requirements gathering for the Salesforce Service Cloud project. Serve as a technical Salesforce lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members. Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
