System Reliability Engineer, Bothell, WA 12+ Months Phone + Skype Description Sr. System Reliability Engineer for the Collaboration and Productivity organization. The position will work to executive communications in support of Webex 3000 live events. The individual will be a point of escalation for multiple enterprise voice applications. They will also support enterprise wide Webcasting and live events, Webex 3000, Webex, Level 3 Audio Conferencing usage, Cisco equipment including DX80s. Familiarity with Avaya, Nortel, SIP platform is preferred. Enterprise Core Competencies Requires expertise in AV solutions with customer focus, strategic thinking, operational support, O365 and familiarity with various voice technologies. Familiarity with DX80s, Apple, and Laptop configurations. Job Duties and Responsibilities Tier3 engineer partner with peer organizations in support of live events. Tier3 engineer for audio and video support issues. Partner with vendor teams in support of Webcasting, Webex 3000 executive communications, Webex services, and voice services. Enhance video/ voice reporting and monitoring tools. Excellent communicator and event moderator. Ability to analyze and determine root cause on voice/video issues including hardware. Collaborate/Partner with other teams including corporate communications, Product and Technology communications, Corporate Real Estate Audio Visual teams. Maintain technical skills and expertise through continuing education and training. Qualifications Minimum Required Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco equipment and Webex software. Minimum 5 years professional experience moderating live events with executive leadership. Familiarity with webcasting/livestreaming services. Experience working with AV production support. Experience 5 years customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience a plus.
