Role: Senior SAP Basis Administrator
Location: Bartlesville, OK
Duration: 3-6 Months
Job Description:
Provides Basis support and services for approximately 60 SAP systems. The ERP Transformation Project is building a new greenfield implementation of SAP to support Finance, Hydrocarbon Value Chain, and Asset Management.
Install and upgrade SAP software for one or more of the following systems:
S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, MDG, PO, SAP Cloud Platform, GTS, GRC, GW/Fiori, SLT, and Solution Manager.
Daily management of systems running on Amazon Web Services with SUSE Linux operating system and HANA Databases.
Manage SUSE Linux High-Availability Clusters and Disaster Recovery using AWS and HANA replication services
Perform day to day maintenance and monitoring of the SAP systems ensuring monitoring is set up, system alerts are addressed and optimal performance is being achieved.
Troubleshoot system-wide problems, including system performance issues, errors or availability.
Work with the SAP technical and/or functional team to troubleshoot specific application errors and performance issues.
Support the implementation of technical and business projects.
Use of SAP OSS system to look for solutions to problems and if necessary work with SAP to get problem resolutions.
Work with various other teams as needed: Linux team, Web team, Windows server team, Audit, Print team, and Security.
Perform system copies of production systems to test systems, as needed.
Identify and implement system parameters, configuration or security updates as needed.
Support Proof of Concept initiatives for SAP Solutions.
Provide on-call support as needed.
