Skills Required:
* Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field.
* Proven experience in program management.
* Proven stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience managing a team.
* Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Understanding of project management
· Works closely with Product Manager, PO and Technical Lead.
· Able to coordinate and work across different engineering/cross functional teams in PayPal
· Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones and make project assignments
· Run weekly PMO call to update everyone and present project metrics/dependencies.
· Manage and track the status of work items in functional and technical areas.
· Identify any showstoppers or impacts to project budget/timelines.
· Prepare Steering Committee updates and communicate project status.
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
· Own the communication and execution of solution hand-over to client services, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones.
· Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
· Proficient in Microsoft Project/Grant Charts
· Able to Manage AWF resources in onsite engineering team.
· Able to manage different teams from different vendors across different geographic location.
· Review the deliverables from different team and work on getting the sign off from different stakeholders
