Duration:6+Months
Description:
Guide Square on JIRA best practices. Example given were data gathering, time to resolve tickets, ticket categories etc.
Give Square JIRA Admins directions on how Jira should be used
Also mentor and guide Admin staff so that they can take on Architect role in future
There will be second phase after this that will onboard other department for support services.
They are also looking to integrate JIRA with chat bots so that kind of architectural knowledge will be good too.
Client wasn’t able to provide the expected bill rate. They want us to come back with profile and the rate so that they can internally discuss this.
