We support thousands of users globally through modern Agile tooling, primarily leveraging Atlassian Cloud solutions. The team focuses on optimizing the developer and delivery experience through automation, integration, and governance of platforms like Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
Role Overview
As a Jira Cloud Administrator Contractor, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise Agile tooling ecosystem. You will configure and optimize Jira Cloud to meet the needs of diverse Agile teams across technology, product, and business functions. This role is ideal for a hands-on Jira expert who understands large-scale governance, enterprise security, and complex workflow design in a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator (including Jira Cloud) in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
- Proficient in JQL, workflow automation, and project configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud administration, including user management, permission schemes, and global settings.
- Experience managing large-scale user bases (5,000+ users preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in governed or regulated environments (e.g., financial services, banking, or fintech).
Preferred Qualifications
- Atlassian certifications such as ACP-120 (Jira Administration for Cloud) or ACP-620 (Managing Jira Projects in Cloud).
- Familiarity with ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, and Jira Service Management.
- Experience integrating Jira Cloud with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of Atlassian REST APIs or scripting (Python, Groovy, or JavaScript).
- Exposure to Change Management, IIQ, and enterprise security compliance practices.
