Job Title : Software Engineer Front End Location: New York NY Job Type : Contract Job Description : Building a next generation end-to-end content supply chain in AWS and revolutionizing media and channel operations from ingest to playout to distribution. We are looking for an experienced frontend software engineer to join in this company-wide initiative to work on key projects in the areas of metadata curation and management and linear channel operations. As part of the Global Media Operations team, you will work to develop the user interfaces on applications that will power the company's supply chain for dozens of our brands. You will be working closely with an experienced UX/UI designer and joining a world-class engineering team helping to solve challenging problems while collaborating with partners and teammates around the globe. Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional front end engineering experience Angular 2 RxJS Experience with REST API Jest JavaScript Testing framework Best Practices for Typescript/Angular Solid understanding of how change detection works Further Skills and Experience: Experience with NgRx Experience with Angular Formly Experience with monorepos (Nx) Role Responsibilities: Participate in the Agile / SCRUM development process as an individual contributor, sizing work items and completing sprint tasks Review pull requests for defects and overall code quality Work closely with the project design team to implement wireframes Conduct technical assessments of project requirements Collaborate and communicate effectively with other front end and back end engineers
