Title: IoT Field Engineer
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
MOI: Phone then video
Client: Charter Communications
Required:
? Knowledge of the following wireless technologies (LTE, NBIOT, Wi-Fi, LoRa), with experience configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, protocol stack in at least 2 of them.
? Knowledge of Smart Cities and its various use cases. Preferred working on smart city projects in the field.
? Knowledge of communication formats / protocol between devices and cloud.
? Programming skills in Python or Java or C .
? Experience with configuring, programing and troubleshooting IoT devices
? Cloud experience preferably AWS.
? Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
? RF simulation tools i.e. iBwave, Atoll, Planet
? Good experience with Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting.
? IP knowledge i.e. Ability to configure/understand VLAN’s, subnets, and plan IP’s.
? Experience working with databases.
? Experience with Real Time Operating System (RTOS), FreeRTOS, RaspberryPi, and Arduino is a plus
? Some knowledge of FCC compliance, radio transmission, power and otherrequirements for field deployments.
? Years of experience 7 to 9years.
? Able to lift 25-30 Lbs
