Job Title: IOT Digital/Consulting Partner

This is an exciting role in the IOT and Digital Engineering Unit.
The proposed role leads the client engagement of the Connected Plants Business Unit for the named assigned client program.
The role reports into the Global Business Advisory Head and locally to the country Solutions Director for Connected Plants & Industry 4.0 business.
It is a role with high visibility and responsibility.
Following would be some of the key roles and responsibilities:
• Engage with the CXO decisions makers in the client ecosystem especially on the Manufacturing and Supply Chain side to position our services & solutions; engage with the business stakeholders / IT & Digital leaders in the program to build long term relationships
• Establish TCS as a strategic growth and transformation partner in the Manufacturing space through thought leadership and advisory services - establish & drive a transformation office for the client
• Identify opportunities and proactively pitch with Point of Views to influence the client mindshare
• Work with the Sales and Client Relationship teams to pursue strategic and advisory engagements; create a pipeline of such potential engagements
• Lead large transformation engagement in the area of Connected Plants / Industry 4.0 and drive Program Outcomes – business & IT – as agreed with the client business
• Lead the Executive Steering Committees, drive governance on the program
• Co-ordinate with TCS COEs, Practices and external partners (where necessary) to define product leverage for client needs / fit, architecture, delivery model etc.
• Build high performance teams on the program; coach and groom next line of leaders
• Build appropriate internal assets for TCS based on learning and experience
Secure client approvals and publish case studies / testimonials, participate in analyst & industry summits with client
