Job Description –

The Customer Success and Insights Platform team is looking for a highly talented, self-driven, proven software engineer to take on the challenge of building Messaging & Helpcenter Experiences . As an engineer in our development team you will be responsible for the development of key building blocks of Chat, Message Center & Helpcenter. We are looking for software engineers who are curious, fast-learning, and versatile , to join the team working to develop the next-generation of SelfService solutions that will change how billions of users self resolve issues. ChatBOT & Helpcenter are the major contributor to help customers to self resolve the issue. You will work closely with product, architects and other teams to understand the business needs and deliver solutions to meet their needs.

This position is available at our Austin, TX campus.


Day to Day Responsibilities
• Implements solutions for specific use cases that provide frameworks, interfaces, and services that can be extended and reused for future requirements
• Develop new features.
• Collaborates with Engineering and QA to resolve bugs 


Required Technical Skills
•    7+ years of mobile development experience
•    Knowledge of multi-threaded, asynchronous code
•    Skilled at writing Unit and Automation tests
•    B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science

Desired Technical Skills
•    Thorough understanding of XCode
•    Good understanding of Swift and Objective-C
•    Solid understanding of Cocoa Frameworks
•    Experience with Cocoapods and working with third party frameworks
•    Good understanding of memory management
•    Some Experience with dependency management
•    Ability to refactor Objective-C and Swift code
