1. 15+ years of experience in Automotive/Embedded domain and 7+ yrs exp infotainment
2. Automotive Infotainment Validation Experience mandatory
3. Hands on experience with Test Management. Manual testing experience mandatory, Automation is a plus
4. Good understanding of Test planning, Test case developing, coordinating test execution process based on the schedule and priority. Experience with System Testing, Sanity Testing, In-Vehicle/Drive Testing.
5. Experienced in creating and maintaining traceability matrix and Gap Analysis for requirement coverage
6. Experience in managing projects. Project management certification is a plus. from Project. Understanding of Estimation, Development life cycle (V Model, AGILE).
7. Experience in defining and negotiating scope/schedule with customer
8. Hands on experience with onsite-offshore operating model
9. Hands on experience in handling team of 20+ members and planning staff for the team
10. Good understanding of testing process and defect life cycle
11. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (customer, suppliers, talent management, senior management etc)
