Position: HR Admin Analyst. Location: Danville, IL. Duration: 11 Months. Job Description: Looking for HR Admin Analyst/HR Coordinator III. The function of HR Analyst is to monitor all I9 compliance and HR compliance related matters. Responsible for managing all I9 regulations for the US Region, ensuring both Section 1 and 2 are closed timely Monitor various daily I9 reporting and facilitate any actions that are required Experience evaluating Form i9. Paper work Compliance Excel and reporting skills Experience on the relationships of new recruit candidates. Perform E-verify process on new hires to ensure employment eligibility Responsible for tracking and updating work authorization on the I9 Acts as a liaison between onsite management and leave management vendor Responsible for communicating leave status updates from vendor to management Primary point of contact for all employment verifications in the US Region Works on various HR initiatives including report creation, tracking, and modification Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills Strong critical thinking and exceptional problem solving skills Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining Strong analytical skills with a sense of urgency for time sensitive requests Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong follow through"
