Hope this email of mine finds you well.. please find the job description below let me know your interest Job Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote to begin with) Responsibilities: Perform deployment/upgrade of Azure components, software, and scheduled configuration changes. Analyze problems, file bugs and follow-up on all Deployment failures. Knowledge in PowerBI (Building Reports, Using Visualization) Experience in driving service performance, availability, and supportability improvements. Develop, test, and deploy scripts and tools to troubleshoot deployment and collect and analyze deployment logs and traces to gather deployment metrics. Experience creating and working on Azure CI/CD pipeline and troubleshoot and mitigate issues. Part of daily ship room meetings attended by Release Engineers, Component teams, Deployment stakeholders, responsible for presenting progress on deployments, triage issues, extending necessary and priority support for the critical and high priority deployments. Actively communicating status updates and detailed analysis of issues in email and bugs. Create and Update Deployment and Troubleshooting and Mitigation TSGs Perform Tier1 support for troubleshooting deployments that have failures Perform Tier1 support for debugging real-time issues encountered during production deployments using product traces and other available debugging information. Ensure the deployment flow is proceeding smoothly and any issues are escalated promptly and accurately. File bugs against deployment failures and follow up with component teams to have issues fixed. Unblock team for any blocker issues in deployment, Buildout/Decom, CT Image and cert work area. SKILLS: Strong knowledge of PowerShell or other automation/scripting technology. Good Knowledge in SQL. Experience creating and working on Azure CI/CD pipeline and troubleshoot and mitigate issues. Proven working knowledge of Cloud Service concepts and architecture. Proven working knowledge of Azure/cloud building blocks such as compute, storage, data-platforms, virtual networking, identity & access, secure key management Experience with data query languages Kusto. Experience in driving service performance, availability, and supportability improvements. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision-making skills. Sound written and oral communication skills, as we might need to post communications. Ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
