Need Agile Coach with experience in data side like data engineer heavy, Hadoop or big data exp, Safe certified with Banking client.
Key Responsibilities
- Presentations to senior management
- Working with technical Hadoop resources
- Partner with central project management team
- Hold resources accountable to agreed-to task completion dates
- Perform hands on training/coaching with teams in all aspects of Lean Agile.
- Lead roles, teams, and leaders to embrace a Lean Agile and learning mindset.
- Provide guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders, including external teams, business partners, and other Agile Release Trains/programs.
