The client is a leading global provider of product engineering and semiconductor design services, with over 500+ products developed and 40M deployments in 140 countries.
Responsibilities:
Preparing detailed hardware design: Schematics, Layout, Power Budget Analysis.
Hardware component selection.
Hardware debugging and testing.
Communication with multi location team.
Required skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware product or board design cycle.
Integration testing cycle
Field trials and collecting overall design changes
Knowledge of the tools such as: Cadence Orcad for schematics, Allegro for layout.
Knowledge of SoCs from Texas Instruments, NXP, Qualcomm.
Knowledge of low speed peripherals such as I2C, SPI, 1-wire etc.
Knowledge of peripherals such as SSD, USB, NAND, eMMC, CSI, DSI.
Knowledge on wireless interfaces such as Wi-Fi, Zigbee, BT/BLE (Optional
Past experience on working with onsite-offshore model will be advantage.
Product certification (FCC, CE/ETSI, ISED, UL etc) is good to have.
