Genesys Outbound contact center lead Location Phoenix AZ Genesys Outbound Contact Server (OCS) Genesys 8.x framework/architecture and call flow, Genesys Routing Log analysis of TServer/URS/Stat Server/ORS , Outbound Contact Server, Campaigns, CPDs etc. Ability to independently design, build and deploy routing strategies based on ORS/Composer & configure Outbound in various Dialing modes is must. Genesys CTI professional with very good understanding of Genesys SIP Platform & hands on expertise in Genesys Outbound 8.x
