Job Title:FTE - IT Sales Lead

Job Description:
The IT Sales Lead will be responsible for cold business development, prospecting, and working with the C-level executives for major corporations for warm lead development pursuit.
Required Experience:This person must have 2-3 years of sales (any industry sector) and lead generation experience.
Must have experience generating new customers from the first call to warm lead development.
Rewards: 60k Base Salary + Uncapped Sales Commissionplus excellent Medical, dental, and supplemental insurance
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads by prospecting and qualifying target accounts
- Extend the reach of outside sales and operations by targeted appointment setting, contacting dormant accounts, and other sales activity support
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and other remote selling activities with target and current customers
- Align with operations to prepare quotes and close deals
Position Requirements: - Proven success in developing and scaling an inside sales function
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong Technical aptitude, solid math skills, and the ability to understand technical products and services
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to build relationships
- A sense of urgency for maintaining a high standard of customer service and experience
- This position will require the successful candidate to work our Houston area office fivedays/weekexcept when you are traveling to a client location.
- 30% travel expected. Must travel as required for Sales to engage with prospective clients
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
