7+ years of experience in IT Industry, which highlights experience in Business Service Management solutions and ITIL Process.
Experience in working for Infrastructure management Services for designing solutions as Solution Architect
Majorly worked in heterogeneous environments including IT/Non-IT for Solution Designing, Project Management, Process Consulting, Integrations and Implementation for various tools & processes
Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Service Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management etc
Worked on configuring & customizing CMDB & Asset Management
Experience in integration of external tools with CMDB, Asset etc.
Experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, DB connector, plugins etc
Knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) preferred
Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
ITIL expert v3 certified(Preferred)
