Job Title: Fivetran Lead

Location: ONSITE IN PHOENIX, AZ

Job Description:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with HVR Fivetran.
  • Design and implement scalable and performant data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming data from various sources into Snowflake.
  • Proven experience in configuring and managing Fivetran connectors for data integration.
  • Establish connectivity from Fivetran to Snowflake.
  • Knowledge and experience working with RHEL VM's, Oracle NAS storage.
  • Preferrable Snap logic knowledge
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data warehousing concepts.
  • Continuously optimize Fivetran configurations and data ingestion processes for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Fivetran connectors and data ingestion pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain data models that optimize data storage, access, and query performance.
  • Utilize DevOps best practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining the data platform infrastructure.
  • Perform Data profiling and quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Strong SQL proficiency with writing complex queries to extract meaningful insights from data. Document technical processes and design decisions for future reference.
  • Stay up to date with latest advancements in Snowflake and data engineering technologies.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for product or project and sustenance delivery
  • To support as an Subject Matter Expert
  • To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
  • Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
  • To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
  • To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions building collaterals or whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
  • To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology or product)
