Job Title: FinancialForce PSA Systems Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration:6months
Description:
· 5+ years of Experience in providing end to end PSA solutions using FinancialForce, Salesforce and ERP systems like Oracle.
· Understanding of industry best practices implementing PSA using FinancialForce.
· Have worked on complex PSA transformation projects using FinancialForce or other similar software applications in the past.
· Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into system design/configuration requirements.
· The FinancialForce Systems Analyst should have hands on experience implementing FinancialForce and SalesForce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase.
· Must possess strong configuration skills such as such as creating screens, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, and other configuration related activities along with hands on experience with various FinancialForce Modules
· Work with Developers as needed for complex customization.
· Experience implementing SalesForce solutions using Agile methodology.
· Must also work closely with Scrum Master and other team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives.
· Must also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as required
· This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand-up meetings as well as all other activities normally expected from a scrum team.
· Must have at least 15 years of work experience
