We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect Lead Specialist to guide the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level data architecture solutions. In this role, you will develop strategic data frameworks that support business needs, ensure system scalability, and establish data governance and integration best practices. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to define data standards and drive the alignment of enterprise data systems with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, cloud data technologies, and enterprise data platforms. This role requires strong leadership capability, hands-on architectural design skills, and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Lead the development and execution of enterprise data architecture strategies and roadmaps.

Design and establish data models, data standards, and best practices for enterprise applications and analytical solutions.

Develop architecture frameworks for data integration, master data management, metadata management, and data quality improvement.

Define and optimize data pipelines, storage solutions, and data workflows across cloud and on-prem environments.

Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms and recommend solutions aligned to business goals.

Support large-scale system modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout project lifecycle.

Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end scalable data solutions.

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Produce architectural documentation, architectural artifacts, and solution diagrams.

12+ years of experience working in data architecture, enterprise data platforms, and large-scale data solutions.

Proven experience designing enterprise data models, conceptual/logical/physical models, and data frameworks.

Strong expertise in SQL, NoSQL and data integration technologies.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse, or Teradata.

Skilled in ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline technologies such as Informatica, Talend, Databricks, or Apache tools.

Strong understanding of data governance, MDM, metadata management, and data quality management.

Ability to architect scalable data and analytics environments for real-time and batch processing.

Background working with BI/reporting and analytics platform technologies.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
