Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Lead Engineer to oversee the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise-level business applications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience working across complex systems, application modernization initiatives, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will guide architecture decisions, lead development efforts, and ensure enterprise platforms meet performance, security, and scalability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications and integrated systems.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Oversee system integrations, application deployment, upgrades, and performance improvements.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams while establishing best practices and coding standards.

  • Evaluate new technologies, tools, frameworks, and application modernization opportunities.

  • Manage Enterprise Application lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Ensure security, compliance, and quality assurance across all application implementations.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term resolution strategies.

  • Prepare technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and status reports.

  • Coordinate with project managers to define timelines, resource plans, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise application engineering, development, and solution delivery.

  • Strong expertise with enterprise software platforms and application integration methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise technology stacks such as .NET, Java, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar.

  • Knowledge of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), middleware, ESB, microservices, and integration tools.

  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and SQL.

  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive high-impact solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with Agile and DevOps environments along with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
