Business Analyst
Duration: 2 months plus
Location: Redmond, WA – 100% REMOTE
Previous experience working for Microsoft is a huge plus!

Pre-Qualifying Questions:
1. Have you worked in an agile environment?
2. Have you worked with Dynamics CRM or similar types of tools?
3. Are you familiar with functional testing of a SW system?
4. Are you proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and can the person create excel based reports?
5. Have you worked in a client facing role and is the person comfortable in a client facing role?

Requirements:
The resource will be required to maintain a support queue and communicate with key stakeholders of the solution. They will read and understand the issues with the system, reach out to end users to gather additional information or new requirements, communicate with the development team and create DevOps tasks, follow up on development status, test the solution, and wrap up communication with stakeholders. Requirements: - Strong intrapersonal, communication and organization skills

Resource will be going through a separate client administered background check.

Deliverables:
Tickets Responded to.Tickets should be responded to within 3 hours of ticket submission during normal business hours.
Weekly Ticket Reporting: Should be completed by 2 PM PST on Fridays
Expected attendance at all team meetings (twice weekly – these are video conferences)
