Minimum 10 years post-undergraduate, hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform technical solutions
Minimum 8 years post-undergraduate degree experience as a Java code developer
Proficiency in D365 CE module functionality
Experience in data modeling, agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and D365 Customer Insights
Strong Java and J2EE skills
Expertise in designing and implementing Java MVC frameworks (e.g., Struts MVC) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate/JPA), JavaScript, Web Services, and EJB
Proficient in developing procedures and queries with Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent DB
Ability to conduct analysis and requirements gathering with customers
Familiarity with both web-based and client-server systems architecture
Experience in Object-Oriented Analysis, design, and programming
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with IT coworkers and users
Capability to work under pressure, diagnose and resolve complex problems quickly, and mock up/wireframe website architecture changes
