Experience working with multi-site teams (remote onshore and offshore team members)
Business Application experience o Proven ability to analyze requirements and deliver technical components aligned with business requirements o Proficient/Expert in business processes aligned to technical solutions
Database o Must have proficient/expert SQL skills and stored procedure experience.
This can be either T-SQL (Microsoft SQL Server) *OR* PL/SQL (Oracle, any version
Nice-To-Have:
o Insurance claims business knowledge is a strong plus
o Oracle PL-SQL experience
o C#, ASP.NET
o Pro-C language
