Job Title: .NET Developer - WPF
Location: Westlake, TX
Duration: 6 months

The Purpose of This Role:
Our WI team is looking for a Software Engineer that will work within a team-based agile model to enhance and deliver features for our Associates to help and support our customers.
This role is in Client Workplace Investing Omni Channel Employee Experience Tribe within the (SEE) Domain.

The Skills that are Key to this role:

Technical skills:
5+ years of software development experience implementing enterprise solutions released into a production environment utilizing any or all of the following technologies:
.Net framework, preferably .Net 4.5 or higher.
In-depth knowledge of C#
WPF applications with MVVM, WCF services
Angular concepts and NodeJs
AWS developer certification (nice to have)
Database knowledge on SQL / MongoDB
Visual Studio 2015/2017 IDE
Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Ability to work effectively with product development and systems management
Experience in Unit Testing and Test Driven Development
Good working knowledge on DevOps tools & SCM tools
Proven experience working with Agile teams
Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems, escalating and pulling in other expertise when appropriate
Hands-on experience delivering large scale projects utilizing Agile delivery methodology and participating in story writing, backlog grooming, and all Squad Scrum ceremonies
Ability to establish relationships and collaborate across teams in order to move work forward
Business knowledge or propensity to up skill on business knowledge in order to understand and better deliver against the needs of the advisor and their end clients
Abiding by standard methodologies and adhering strictly to processes set by other teams for system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
