Role: JDA WMS Consultants
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: Long Term or CTH
Technical Competencies
10+ Years of JDA WMS Functional and Technical experience including providing support, and participating in upgrades and implementations
Knowledgeable and certified/trained to support JDA WMS and associated integrations
Functional expertise, end to end process support, hands-on configuration changes, development
JDA WMS trouble shooting expertise including the ability to support integration with external systems
Proficient with ERP/MRP system for planning, scheduling and inventory control
Experience in root cause analysis and issue resolution and SLA adherence
Develop and execute test cases for software modifications
Ensure successful project completion, exceeding client expectations and continually building strong client relationship
Behavioral Expertise
Must possess good client facing skills.
Must double up as a team player and a team leader and work with both Onsite & Offshore counterparts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in multinational and geographically dispersed teams
Manage client relations by providing business and systems expertise
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for management reporting and presentation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
