Job Details:
Experience in managing configuration of software, engineering documents, design drawings, engineering changes and notices, and planning/conducting design audits to enable government ownership of the BPP technical baseline
Processing, Reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure clarity of change requests to configuration items
Evaluate program direction and assess impact on the configuration baseline throughout each phase of the acquisition process
Develop CM implementation strategy; identify required infrastructure and tools; and propose the baselines that will be managed
Collect, document, and distribute proposed changes to Configuration Control Board (CCB) members who review the proposed changes for completeness, impact, and any unstated impacts on other work products
Track configuration status of all baselined work products and authorized changes to those products
Manage a centralized problem reporting process to receive and maintain status of problem reports, record temporary work product fixes or modifications, and report open problems and temporary fixes to the owner
Required Skills:
6-8 years of experience implementing configuration management in a large-scale development environment with multiple development sites.
Hands on experience with Managing following components for development projects
IBM WebSphere Application Server
IIS Application server
Automated deployment of application to IIS and Websphere using Jenkins/Devops
Management of Linux, MS Azure cloud and Windows OS
