Hi , We have opening for below position Please go through JD & share suitable profile Role: Desktop Support Location: Madison, WI Client: CUNA Insurance Job Description: Responsible to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure including Lenovo laptops running Windows 10 and MacBook's Responsible to install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools such as Office 365, Microsoft Office, VMware VDI, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Updates. Responsible for the basic administration of the Active Directory. Responsible to provide technical support for PC hardware, MacBook's, Apple iPads and iPhones and other emerging technologies as identified. Responsible for maintaining inventory of the devices and peripherals Responsible to coordinate and support all user relocations. Responsible for Desktop Imaging activities and offer technical support for break fix issues. Works with Procurement to develop physical PC lifecycle Assist with Create Training Material for end users Evaluate and recommend desktop peripherals Perform diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions including for remote users as needed. Create Knowledge Base Articles in ITSM application Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time Should be able to commute locally in the campus for device delivery and pickup
