Introduction:

 

Federate Systems Corp. is looking for multiple Help Desk Technicians (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) to support Federal client in Kearneysville, WV. This position requires Government clearnance and is available for US Citizens.

 

Job Responsibilities:

·        Assign action items and coordinate working sessions to discuss action items assigned

·        Use technical insight to encourage strategic thinking for activities

·        Provide overall knowledge and technical expertise for keeping the project on track

·        Minimize rework

·        Provide technical information for documentation development and act as proofreader once the documentation is finished.

Required Skills:

·        Bachelors level degree with 2 - 7 years’ experience with the design, execution, and oversight of information technology (IT) projects.

·        Experience includes: Detailed design of complex enterprise IT solutions involving multiple applications, processing platforms, and legacy systems

·        Designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions across a diverse set of processing platforms, operating systems, and network configurations.

·        Detailed analysis, installation, and business case development of software packages.

·        Software and system developmental and acceptance testing.

·        Legacy system interface design, development, and implementation.
