Indexing, image review, capture into screen SLAs : rph, quality, errors, time on system Duration asking for 1 year, and extensible post that Language English General: A jobholder in this role will have key accountabilities for the day-to-day delivery of defined Customer SLAs and would require to have the acceptable productivity levels for the business. Essential Functions: Ensuring accurate data input onto system/database. Assessing transaction requirement and obtaining additional information from relevant sources where required Updating and amending data input. Input and approval of data according to specific rules/anomalies/exceptions. Ensuring key accuracy and productivity standards are met Striving to exceed customer expectations regarding cycle times. Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements: Graduate in any discipline Graduation in commerce would be preferable. Very good keyboard skills minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m with high accuracy is required. Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage. Good Written Communication. Attention to detail Conversant using MS Office - Excel Customer Centric. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Good Team Player. Strong Sense of Urgency.
