Job Title: CSS Customer 1
Location: Remote
Experience: 6-7 years
Job Description:
  • Knowledge of Customer/1 functional area such as Billing, Service Orders, Collection, Finance etc.
  • Energy & Utility Industry experience
  • Technical hands-on experience in Mainframe Skills COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS etc
 
Customer1/Application, Niche skill combination, Cobol with FCP and customer's pre-bill and billing module expert along with detailed knowledge of cancel and rebill processes. Detailed knowledge of financial modules and customer payment processes. Familiarity with SAP interfaces. Critical resource managing development of critical customer billing projects which are time sensitive and mandatory and involved complex billing change in system tied with heavy penalty in case of financial or reputational loss because of delay or production issues. Support of client's in-house tools such as Migtrax, ITT, Traintrax etc. In addition, below specific areas for CSS billing are expected from an experienced billing person.
  • Lighting Accounts Billing
  • Budget Billing
  • Summary Billing
  • ESCO billing
  • Interval account processing
  • Knowledge of creation of new Usage and Usage Class
  • Financial flow of charges and credits
