Job Summary
We39;re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Digital & Technology team. An ideal candidate is talented, energetic, innovative Technical Architect who can lead Salesforce development projects from conceptualization to implementation in an Agile environment. He/She will design the key technical components of the solution and help product teams develop and deliver the project deliverables. He/She should be proactive in analyzing the overall project risk, mitigate any design issues early in the project lifecycle, share implementation best practices, and recommend solution alternatives. He/She will also be responsible to conduct design/code reviews and make refactor suggestions as necessary.
Responsibilities

li>Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, application design, configuration, testing and deployment./li>
li>Performs feasibility analysis and technology tradeoffs within the constraints of the project./li>
li>Serves as a subject matter expert./li>
li>Confident and willing to challenge a customer and guide them towards an appropriate solution that meets their needs while maintaining the scalability, maintainability of the instance./li>
li>Ability to guide the Product Owner and the Development team towards creative uses of standard features to meet business requirements instead of simply relying on custom code solutions./li>
li>Participates actively in discussions, builds a reputation as a go-to resource for toughest problems. Provides constructive feedback to product teams./li>
li>Understands platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations./li>
li>Train other development resources on Salesforce development practices as needed./li>

Qualifications
ul>
li>Minimum of 8 years of progressive software development experience./li>
li>5+ years of experience in an object-oriented development language >
li>One or more Salesforce Certifications would be preferable./li>
li>Experience with at least full life cycle implementations enterprise implementations/li>
li>SOQL and intermediate knowledge of Oracle database would be helpful./li>
li>Development experience with Restful web services and SOA strongly desired/li>
li>Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design and architectural patterns./li>
li>Creative problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic/li>
li>Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations are required./li>
li>Minimum of 3+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, Visual Force, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with >
