Job Insight:
The Verizon Digital Personality team is a new internal group tasked with designing and delivering a voice and UI based conversational agent that simplifies
every customer experience, from sales, to service, to managing the connected life Verizon enables. The team is looking for a Conversational Content Specialist
to help further develop the voice and UI of their conversational agent.
Responsibilities:
As a Conversational Content Specialist, you will be part of a team that will drive the operationalization and Q.A. our personality?s expression across mobile
apps, IVRs, as well as proprietary, and third party devices. Working within a product team, you will be responsible for helping build the content and guidelines
that serve as the brain of our personality.
Required Skills:
Bachelor?s degree or three or more years of work experience.
2 or more years of copywriting experience, especially developing brand voice.
Experience writing for conversational design (VUI, chatbot, etc or writing brand-based dialog a plus.
Ability to intake feedback and refine it into actionable requirements.
Even better if you have:
Experience writing in accordance with personality attributes a plus.
Experience defining actionable style guide elements.
NLP experience a plus.
Ability to be a team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
